1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Public Masterpiece (“PMT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you interact with our Web3 platform and ecosystem.

PMT is a decentralized blockchain-based ecosystem that enables creators, artists, influencers, and users to participate in a digital economy powered by NFTs, tokens, and community governance.

The Platform includes NFT Marketplace, staking, bridging, DEX, DAO governance, and blockchain explorer tools, supporting both digital NFTs and real-world asset (RWA) NFTs.

2. Platform Overview

The PMT ecosystem includes:

  • Web platform
  • User registration (email/password authentication)
  • Wallet connection (MetaMask, WalletConnect, and similar providers)
  • NFT Marketplace (minting, buying, selling, and trading NFTs)
  • PMT Token utility (used for transactions, governance, and ecosystem participation)
  • PMT Staking (earning rewards through token staking mechanisms)
  • PMT Bridge
  • PMT Swap / DEX (token exchange functionality)
  • DAO Governance (community voting and protocol decisions)
  • PMT Explorer (blockchain transaction visibility)
  • Admin Dashboard

The Platform supports staking mechanisms and NFT-based asset functionality, enabling users to stake tokens and interact with NFTs within the ecosystem.

PMT tokens are typically acquired through supported decentralized exchanges (DEXs) on compatible blockchain networks.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Data

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Password (securely hashed and not stored in plain text)
  • Optional profile information

3.2 Wallet Data

  • Wallet address(es)
  • Wallet provider (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect)
  • Blockchain network information
  • Public on-chain activity associated with wallet addresses

We do not store private keys or seed phrases.

3.3 NFT & Digital Asset Data

We support:

  • Digital NFTs
  • Physical NFTs linked to real-world assets (RWA NFTs)

We collect and process:

  • NFT ownership records
  • Listing and transaction history
  • NFT metadata and associated certificates (if applicable)

3.4 Blockchain & Transaction Data

  • Transaction hashes
  • Smart contract interactions
  • Token transfers (PMT and other supported assets)
  • Staking, bridging, swapping, and DAO voting records

All blockchain activity is public and permanently recorded on-chain.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Operate and maintain the PMT platform and ecosystem
  • Execute blockchain-based transactions
  • Enable NFT creation, trading, and marketplace functionality
  • Support staking, governance, and DeFi features
  • Improve platform performance and user experience
  • Provide user support and respond to inquiries
  • Ensure security, fraud prevention, and system integrity
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

5. Decentralized Architecture & Blockchain Nature

PMT operates in a decentralized blockchain environment.

  • Blockchain records are public, transparent, and immutable
  • Smart contracts may be immutable after deployment
  • On-chain data cannot be edited, deleted, or reversed
  • Users acknowledge full responsibility for blockchain transactions

PMT does not control or reverse blockchain-level activity once executed.

6. Account Suspension & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts if necessary for:

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Security threats, fraud, or abuse
  • Legal or regulatory compliance
  • Protection of ecosystem integrity

Suspension does not affect blockchain records, which remain permanently recorded on-chain.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of sensitive off-chain data
  • Secure authentication systems
  • Access control mechanisms
  • Continuous monitoring and incident response procedures

Users are responsible for securing their wallets, private keys, and authentication credentials. Loss of wallet access cannot be recovered by PMT.

8. International Compliance & User Rights

We seek to comply with applicable data protection laws.

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of off-chain personal data

Important limitations:

  • Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted or modified
  • On-chain records are outside the control of PMT.
